This exceptional table by De La Espada is crafted of rich, solid American black walnut. The model 538 design is also called the "Long" table and is a modified Parsons table design with the substantial legs designed to reference an I beam. The top has a beveled divide in the center and the visible end grain of the wood accentuates the beauty of the wood and the respect shown for the material . This table has terrific provenance.
